Make-it-Fly® Alumni Boards Provide Ongoing Support

Make-it-Fly® Alumni Boards meet once a month for three hours.

Each board has 10-14 members from non-competing fields.

Together, members share successes and challenges, discuss solutions to real-time problems, gain insight and different perspectives on issues they may be facing, give encouragement, fresh ideas and suggest suitable resources.

This takes place in an environment of professional camaraderie and strict confidentiality.

Part of the time each month is devoted to focusing on one or two members’ businesses.

A six-month minimum commitment is required for Alumni Board membership.

Board members are asked to sign an agreement expressing their commitment to attend board meetings each month, meet regularly with assigned “accountability buddies” and honor confidentiality.
